چکیده

Abstract A question which has been intriguing researchers since 1969 is whether covalently linked hormones or growth factors on surfaces are still biologically active i.e. bind and activate cell surface receptors in the insoluble state. The objective of present work was to find evidence for absence any release leakage rhBMP-2 self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) prepared from dithiobis(succinimidyl-undecanoate) gold surfaces.
